- 2024 Memberships begin January 1st 2024 and expires December 31st 2024. Be sure to renew yearly for continued farm membership benefits. We reserve the right to revoke Farm Memberships at any time, with no refunds, if we feel a membership is being improperly used, or fraudulent. We ask that farm members please respect our guidelines and safety rules that have been set up, both for online and in person shopping, along with events and visits to the farm. Thanks for helping us grow and raise food for future generations, and for respecting the land, the animals, and the process it takes to own a small but growing family farm!
How the membership works:
1. Order a Farm Membership
2. Wait for your membership to arrive via email.
3. Once membership arrives, you can order or purchase items at discount.
4. Make sure you always enter your Farm Membership coupon code at time of online purchase. Or if ordering in person, show or mention your farm membership at time of checkout.*Some exclusions apply, and cannot be combined with certain offers like our (Raw Milk Herd-Shares, Farm Box Shares, Egg Shares or Flower Subscriptions.)

HOW TO INVEST IN THE FARM & SAVE
Purchase a Farm Membership
Wait for your welcome email and personal membership code within 2-3 business days.
Other Payment Options are available via venmo, or cash. But you will need to email helloATedenridgeacresDOTcom to order.
Begin Shopping once you get your farm membership. Use your membership code online, or in person.
WHEN DOES THE GROWING SEASON BEGIN?
Our 2024 Farm Box season begins June 4th and goes to September 26th! A total of 17 weeks of farm to table goodness! However, we will have some fresh produce available through the end of October, and other farm goods available all year long.
WHAT WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER EACH WEEK?
We have quite a few farm goods available year-round as well as our seasonal fresh produce. Please head over to our What We Grow page to view a list of some of the things you will most likely find month by month. This page will give you a pretty good idea of how to plan for what will be available. This is not 100% accurate though, as we are unable to control the seasons and the weather that comes with it. We can’t give you an exact date of each veggie and fruit we grow, just a good guess with our farm planning.
Don’t forget, we also have pastured meat available every month. Be sure to get your deposits in earlier than later. (Pork, Chicken & Turkey).
HOW DO I USE MY FARM MEMBERSHIP?
SHOPPING THE ONLINE STORE: Shop our farm online store 24/7. Add items to your cart and choose your farm pickup day or drop location. Remember, before you click submit on your order, be sure to enter your Membership code in the coupons section.
SHOPPING A MARKET TABLE OR FARMSTAND: No problem! Just be sure to mention your farm membership at checkout. 🙂
I FORGOT TO APPLY MY MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT
If you forget to apply your membership discount code to your farm orders, we are unable to apply it later. Be sure to type in your membership code in the coupon section before clicking the red submit button.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASE WITH A FARM MEMBERSHIP
FARM PARTNER PRODUCTS, most are not eligible. This includes things like fresh flowers. Look for the **Not eligible with farm membership.
FARM MEMBERSHIPS, OR GIFT CARDS, are not eligible.
MEAT DEPOSITS, and LOCKER FEES, are not eligible. However, the remaining balance of your meat purchases can receive the farm membership discount.
WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?
Your farm membership code expires on December 31st of 2024. In order to continue with membership savings, you will need to purchase a new membership once they become available for the following year.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not offer cancellation refunds on Farm Memberships.
If you for any reason are dissatisfied with an item or have a problem with your membership, please give us a chance to make you happy by connecting with us ASAP. We want the best for our farm friends!
If for any reason you ever need to cancel an order with a bank card/credit card, we are unable to refund the full amount due to processing fees we garner with your order.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will do our best to send out a written notice to customers in such an event, and the obligations shall be suspended to the extent necessary by such event.
The term Force Majeure shall include, without limitations, acts of God, medical personal emergency, plague, epidemic, pandemic, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, including quarantine or other restrictions, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, or strikes, lockouts, or supplier failures. Eden Ridge Acres LLC agrees to do what they can to accommodate the needs of the
customers as best as they can if able.
WEST DES MOINES DROP INFO
We offer a West Des Moines drop once a week, every Thursday at Truth Family Chiropractic. There is a $3 delivery fee to drop.
