An Eden Ridge Farm Membership invites you to bring the goodness of your local farm to your table all season long. Farm members receive priority at the front of the waitlist for Raw Milk herd-share openings. Memberships does not guarantee a place in the raw-milk subscription program, but it does give you an opportunity to be considered sooner when openings become available.

2027 Membership Information

Memberships for 2027 will commence on January 1, 2027, and will expire on December 31, 2027. A renewal will be necessary once your membership ends. You have the option to cancel at any time. We maintain the right to revoke Farm Memberships without refunds if we believe a membership is being misused or fraudulent. We kindly ask all farm members to adhere to our guidelines and safety rules, which apply to both online and in-person shopping, as well as events and visits to the farm. Thank you for supporting us in growing and producing food for future generations, and for respecting the land, the animals, and the processes involved in managing a small but expanding family farm!

**Hey there! Before sending your email, please read all the FAQs we’ve compiled. A big thanks for helping our little farm save time and energy!

HOW TO INVEST IN THE FARM & SAVE

Purchase Your Membership – Please wait for your membership email. Kindly allow up to 24-48 hours during business days. Keep an eye out for your 2027 Farm Membership email, which will include your digital membership. A physical membership card will also be issued, please follow the instructions provided in the email to attain yours.

 

Start Shopping – as soon as your farm membership arrives. You can utilize your membership code both online and at our on-farm market tables.

WHEN DO THE ON-FARM MARKET TABLES OPEN?

Our on-farm market tables for 2027 will open approximately around June 8th and will run until September 23rd or shortly thereafter.

You can expect to find fresh produce available through our online store by the end of May, and even after the market tables close, we’ll continue to offer produce online until mid-late October. Additionally, other farm offerings are available throughout the entire year! 

 

WHAT CAN I PURCHASE WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

Farm Members can save on farm goods like raw honey, fresh eggs, farm teas, jams, jellies, fresh produce, natural farm soaps and other natural home goods etc… most of these items are available all year long! 

And don’t forget, pastured chicken and heritage pork are featured in our offerings almost every month! (Turkey is available only during the fall). Make sure to secure your deposits promptly each month, as our farm meat tends to disappear quickly.
Please be aware that you cannot reserve meat deposits using your Farm Membership; however, YOU CAN apply your membership discount to the remaining balance of your meat purchases. This discount is automatically applied to your meat invoices as a Farm Member. Many families have shared that this savings alone makes it the Membership pay for itself!

While this resource provides a fair glimpse into our bounty, do keep in mind that we are at the mercy of the seasons and whims of weather. Thus, while we cannot promise the exact arrival of each vegetable and fruit, we can offer a well-informed forecast.

 

HOW DO I USE MY FARM MEMBERSHIP?

ONLINE SHOPPING: Dive into our online farm store any hour of the day or night! Toss those add-on goodies into your cart and choose what day you want to pick up, Tuesday or Thursday each week.

Before you hit that submit button, don’t forget to enter your Farm Membership code in the coupon section because once you click submit, it’s like trying to un-bake a cake—impossible!

MARKET TABLE FARMSTAND SHOPPING: Is perfect for those who love shopping in person! Just give us a friendly reminder that you have farm membership and have your Farm Membership Card ready at checkout.

EDEN RIDGE FARM PICKUPS

We offer farm pickups for your online farm orders, twice a week at the farm. When in season, enjoy shopping our bounty filled on-farm market tables on the farmhouse front porch. Our farm pickups happen every Tuesday and Thursday from 2 to 6 PM all-year long! (These times also coincide with our regular full spread on-farm market tables open to the public, available June 8th – September 23rd 2027.) 

Our farm, Eden Ridge Acres is in Prole and conveniently located 15 min. south of West Des Moines city limits. 12 min. south of Norwalk & 15 min. west of Indianola, and just minutes from surrounding local Des Moines communities. Gatherings for farm pickups happen on the farmhouse front porch using driveway 10126.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASE WITH A FARM MEMBERSHIP

FARM COLLABORATION PRODUCTS: We’re talking about things like Georgia Peaches, and more… Keep your eyes peeled for the **Not eligible with Farm Membership** tags online – there aren’t many, but there are a few!

*MEAT DEPOSITS AND LOCKER FEES: Are are not eligible! However, you can still use your farm membership to offset your final meat balance! Yay, for huge savings!

Please remember: To purchase your meat, you must have obtained a Farm Membership BEFORE the purchase of your meat deposits. If you don’t have a membership before those purchases, your remaining balance will not be eligible for the Farm Membership discount. We suggest acquiring a membership at the beginning of the year so you can benefit from it throughout the entire year.

For example, if you buy meat at the end of 2027 but only obtain a farm membership in January 2028, you won’t be able to apply the farm discount to your final balance from your previous meat purchases.

OOPS! I FORGOT TO APPLY MY MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT!

If you happen to overlook entering your membership discount code for your farm orders, it cannot be applied after an order submission. We kindly ask you not to request adjustments, as this is not and option once an order has been placed. Should we need to cancel an order, please be aware that we cannot refund the entire amount due to processing fees that remain incurred, along with a modest office fee for “redoing” or rectifying the order. Thank you for your understanding.

WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?

Your farm membership code will expire on December 31st, 2027. To maintain your membership savings, you will need to purchase a new membership when they become available for the upcoming year.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your Farm Membership at any time. Just send us an email at hello AT EdenRidgeAcres DOT com. Please keep in mind that Farm Memberships are non-refundable. 

If you find yourself dissatisfied with any item or encounter an issue with your membership, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can find a way to make some lemonade out of any lemons you may have received. We truly care about our farm friends and want to ensure your happiness!

FORCE MAJEURE

If Eden Ridge Acres LLC is unable to carry out its obligations due to a Force Majeure We will do our best to send out a written notice to customers in such an event, and the obligations shall be suspended to the extent necessary by such event. The term Force Majeure shall include, without limitations, acts of God, medical personal emergency, plague, epidemic, pandemic, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, including quarantine or other restrictions, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, or strikes, lockouts, or supplier failures. Eden Ridge Acres LLC agrees to do what they can to accommodate the needs of the customers as best as they can, if able and possible.
