HOW IT WORKS
Order your 3 Week Subscription Bouquets. These bouquets will be available Mid May to late June (weather dependent).
DON’T FORGET!!! ***In the note section of your order, please choose what day you prefer to pick up your 3 week subscription at the farm. (Tuesday-Farm, Thursday-West Des Moines, Friday-Farm)
Each bouquet is usually cut within 24 hours of receiving, means your blooms have a longer vase life.
Once we receive your order, you will be added to our pickup schedule! You will receive a notification when your first order is ready for pickup. After that, it will be your responsibility to remember to mark your calendar for the pickup of your peony bouquet for the following remaining two weeks. Simply visit the location you specified in the notes during ordering and mention your name at pickup. (Pickups are at Eden Ridge Acres or our West Des Moines Drop).
*** our West Des Moines Drop does not start until June 12th, 2025. The availability of peony bouquets will vary based on growing conditions and weather. If you’ve selected Thursday in West Des Moines as your pickup location and the blooms are ready prior to our drop date, you will need to pick them up at the farm and will be instructed to do so. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Thanks for understanding.
***Please note: There are no refunds for missed pickups. Unable to pickup one week? Send a friend to pickup for you, or choose to donate.
DID YOU KNOW?
80% of flowers purchased in the United States are grown overseas, most commonly in South America. These flowers are exposed to dangerous pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides during their growing as well as importation. Additionally, by the time you purchase your blooms at the grocery store, they can be as much as a week old, meaning they often last only a few days in your home. With locally grown blooms you’ll find these seasonal bouquets lasting a week and often much longer.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCER
Julie K. was captivated by the southern Iowa landscape of her and her families private getaway. What turned into experimenting with a few annuals just for fun, quickly became an obsession for Julie. In 2020 Anthologie Farm, LLC, became established. The serene flower farm grows a variety of flowers, including peonies, roses, daffodils, delphiniums, lavender, yarrow, and salvia. It also features annuals like amaranth, celosia, cosmos, gomphrena, lisianthus, snapdragons, strawflowers, sunflowers, and zinnias, dahlias and gladiolus. Julie’s farm shares in its floral beauty through U-Pick opportunities, bouquet sales, & select private events that celebrate nature’s vibrant artistry.
