2026 Memberships begin January 1st 2026 and expire on December 31st 2026, and will renew again on January 1st of every year. You may cancel at anytime. We reserve the right to revoke Farm Memberships at any time, with no refunds, if we feel a membership is being improperly used, or fraudulent. We ask that farm members please respect our guidelines and safety rules that have been set up, both for online and in person shopping, along with events and visits to the farm. Thanks for helping us grow and raise food for future generations, and for respecting the land, the animals, and the process it takes to own a small but growing family farm!

3. Once membership arrives, you can order or purchase items at discount.
4. Make sure you always enter your Farm Membership coupon code at time of online purchase. Or if ordering in person, show or mention your farm membership at time of checkout.

HOW TO INVEST IN THE FARM & SAVE

Purchase Your Membership – wait for your membership email. Please allow 24 hrs. during business days.

Begin Shopping once your your farm membership arrives. You may use your membership code online, or in person.

WHEN DOES THE GROWING SEASON BEGIN?

Our 2025 growing season commences on June 10th and extends until September 26th. That grants us 16 weeks of delightful farm-to-table treasures! Yet, the bounty of fresh produce may linger until the end of October, while other farm offerings grace us throughout the entire year!

WHAT CAN I PURCHASE WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

Farm Members can save on farm goods like raw honey, fresh eggs, farm teas, jams, jellies, fresh produce, natural home goods etc… most of these items are available all year long!

And remember, pastured chicken and woodland pork grace our offerings nearly every month! (Turkey is available seasonally). Be sure to secure your deposits promptly each month, for our farm meat vanishes swiftly. Please note, you can not reserve meat deposits at discount, but you can apply your discount to the remaining balance of your total remaining balance! 🙂

While this resource provides a fair glimpse into our bounty, do keep in mind that we are at the mercy of the seasons and whims of weather. Thus, while we cannot promise the exact arrival of each vegetable and fruit, we can offer a well-informed forecast.

HOW DO I USE MY FARM MEMBERSHIP?

ONLINE SHOPPING: Dive into our online farm store any hour of the day or night! Toss those add-on goodies into your cart and pick your on-farm pickup day, or choose one of our Farm Drop locations during our Farm Box growing season – June 10th through September 26th. (Our 2026 Once-a-week Drop Locations: West Des Moines & Urbandale).

Before you hit that submit button, don’t forget to enter your Farm Membership code in the coupon section because once you click submit, it’s like trying to un-bake a cake—impossible!

MARKET TABLE FARMSTAND SHOPPING: Is perfect for those who love shopping in person! Just give us a friendly reminder that you have farm membership and have your Farm Membership Card ready at checkout.

OOPS! I FORGOT TO APPLY MY MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT!

If you happen to overlook entering your membership discount code for your farm orders, we can no longer apply it after submission. We kindly ask you not to request adjustments, as this is no longer feasible once an order has been placed. Should we need to cancel the order, please be aware that we cannot refund the entire amount due to processing fees that remain incurred, along with a modest office fee for “redoing” or rectifying the order. Thank you for your understanding.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASE WITH A FARM MEMBERSHIP

FARM COLLABORATION PRODUCTS: We’re talking about things like fresh flowers, Georgia Peaches, and more… Keep your eyes peeled for the **Not eligible with Farm Membership** tag!

FARM MEMBERSHIPS AND GIFT CARDS: Sorry, folks, these are off the table when using your Farm Membership. ; )

MEAT DEPOSITS AND LOCKER FEES: Unfortunately, these are not eligible! However, you can still use your farm membership to offset your final meat balance! Yay, for huge savings!

Please remember: a Farm Membership must be obtained before buying your meat. Or your remaining balance cannot be deducted with discount. We recommend purchasing a membership at the start of the year to take advantage of it all year long. Example, if you purchase meat at the end of 2026, and don’t purchase a farm membership until January of 2027, you cannot apply farm discount to your final balance of your meat purchases.

WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?

Your farm membership code expires on December 31st of 2025. In order to continue with membership savings, you will need to purchase a new membership once they become available for the following year.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your Farm Membership at any time. Just send us an email at hello AT EdenRidgeAcres DOT com. Please keep in mind that Farm Memberships are non-refundable.

If you for any reason are dissatisfied with an item or have a problem with your membership, please give us a chance to make you happy by connecting with us ASAP. We want the best for our farm friends!

FORCE MAJEURE

If Eden Ridge Acres LLC is unable to carry out its obligations due to a Force Majeure
We will do our best to send out a written notice to customers in such an event, and the obligations shall be suspended to the extent necessary by such event. The term Force Majeure shall include, without limitations, acts of God, medical personal emergency, plague, epidemic, pandemic, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, including quarantine or other restrictions, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, or strikes, lockouts, or supplier failures. Eden Ridge Acres LLC agrees to do what they can to accommodate the needs of the customers as best as they can, if able and possible.

EDEN RIDGE FARM PICKUP

We offer farm pickups for your online farm orders, twice a week at the farm. When in season, also enjoy shopping our bounty filled market tables on the farmhouse front porch. Our farm pickups happen every Tuesday and Thursday from 2 to 6 PM all-year long! (These times also coincide with our regular full spread market tables open to the public, available June 9th – September 24th 2026.)

Our farm, Eden Ridge Acres is in Prole and conveniently located 15 min. south of West Des Moines city limits. 12 min. south of Norwalk & 15 min. west of Indianola, and just minutes from surrounding local communities. Gatherings for farm pickups are on farmhouse front porch using driveway 10126.

WEST DES MOINES FARM DROP

We offer a West Des Moines drop once a week, every Wednesday, 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm at TRUTH Family Chiropractic, during our Farm Box season June through September. There is a $3 delivery fee charged at pickup of items, however, this service is free to Farm Members.

Are you already a farm member but want to purchase a Farm Box with a Wednesday WDM Drop? Don’t get charged twice for this fee! Please contact us before purchasing for a special instructions.

URBANDALE FARM DROP

We offer an Urbandale pickup once a week, every Wednesday, 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm during our Farm Box season June through September at THRIVE Family Chiropractic There is a $3 delivery fee charged at pickup of items, however, this service is free to Farm Members.
