STORAGE TIPS
Keep refrigerated in a plastic bag for up to 3 days. Do not wash peas before you refrigerate them. The longer you keep sugar snap peas, the less crisp and sweet they will be. To freeze, wash thoroughly and let dry completely. Lay out in a single layer on baking sheet and flash freeze. Once frozen, place in freezer bags or a freezer safe container.
