HOW TO MAKE SPEARMINT TEA
Use 1 teaspoon of dried Spearmint Leave per 8oz of hot water. Allow the tea to steep for 4-5 minutes, and then strain. You can sweeten the tea with cane sugar or raw honey, or drink it plain.
