Our smoked Cottage Bacon comes from the shoulder (instead of the side) It has less fat and more meat. The rounded shape makes it perfect for breakfast sandwiches, burgers and BLT’s. However, we think it’s just as amazing tossed in the cast iron skillet like Grandma use to make it. Serve alongside a helping of grits and scrambled eggs. 1lb
