Da Hong Pao Oolong is one of the most famous oolong teas in the world. This delectable tea is grown in the Wuyi Mountains in the Fujian, Province of China. This sophisticated tea has a full-bodied roasted complex with a deep caramelized flavor and subtle sweetness, both refreshing and energetic. Naturally lower in caffeine, one cup of oolong tea has 10-15% of the caffeine in a cup of coffee. 4 oz.

Oolong is unique because of its partial fermentation which produces a diverse arrangement of both off-green and black leaves. Organic Oolong Tea, Da Hong Pao (Camellia sinensis.)
Oolong in China is sometimes written as Wulong but the meaning is the same: Oo (Wu) means Black and Long means Dragon “Black Dragon”. Oolong Tea is also known in China as “Qing Cha”.
Use 2 teaspoons for every 8 oz. of water.
Use water at 194-205ºF.
Place tea in your tea strainer and steep for 3-5 minutes.
