Website Orders
You can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards registered in the U.S. or Canada.

When using a pre-paid gift card (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), please make sure to register the card with the card issuer before using it as payment.

Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped in Iowa. All other states are tax exempt at this time.


Phone Orders
At this time Eden Ridge does not offer this service, and we look forward to being able to offer this in the future.


Local Pickup
To pick your order up locally at our location, please email us at info@edenridgellc.com to place your order. Please give detailed description of the items you would like to order. Complete name of product and amount is all that is needed to place your order. Please note that our pickup location at this time is a private residence and not a retail store. All orders must be placed in advance. When picking up an order locally, no shipping charges will be incurred, but local taxes due apply. For your convenience, all orders for pickup must be placed at least one 3 business days in advance.


Adjustments & Add Ons
At this time, we are not able to make any changes to your order regarding changing of an item(s) quantity or adding additional items. We apologize for any inconvenience, and ask that you please review your order carefully prior to submitting your order.


Occasionally, we do run out of items after processing your order, and find that an item you ordered is temporarily unavailable. If such an event occurs, a backorder will be issued with your order, and we will send you the backordered item(s) as soon as the stock replenishes, usually within 1-2 weeks. If you prefer not to wait on the backordered item(s), you may cancel the backordered item(s) and receive a refund instead.


If you have placed an order and need to cancel it, please email us as soon as possible at info@edenridgellc.com and we will try our best to cancel the order requested. However, since orders are processed at 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. on weekdays (10 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Fridays), this is not always a possibility. Orders placed after 10:00 A.M. must be canceled before 2:00 P.M., and orders placed after 2:00 P.M. must be canceled before 10:00 am the following morning. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. on Fridays must be canceled before 10:00 A.M. the following Monday.


Discrepancies and Shortages
If you find that your order contains discrepancies or incorrect amounts, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve your issue. We cannot accept requests for returns after 30 days from the date of your invoice.


Out of Stock Items
Once in awhile a particular item will go out of stock. We try our best to mark items out of stock on our website as soon as possible. However, if before your order is processed, we find that one or more items are out of stock, we will issue a “Backordered’’ notice on your invoice, and ship only the available item(s) out at that time. All backordered item(s) will be shipped out as soon possible. We understand that Out of Stock items can be inconvenient, and try to make our customers aware of the shortage before they order.


Samples for Bulk Orders
In order to keep our prices affordable, we do not offer samples on 1lb or below order options. However, we do offer many of our teas and herbs in smaller increments for purchase to enable you to try out our different products at an affordable price. For customers ordering custom bulk quantities of 25 lbs or more, 1oz samples are available at $5.00 per product sample, which is refunded if you actually order a bulk order within the 30 days of your sample order invoice.


Special Orders
At this time, Eden Ridge does not accommodate special tea blending services. However, we are always open to product suggestions! To suggest new products, email us at info@edenridgellc.com.


Discount Policy
We offer many opportunities to save through our email newsletter, Facebook page, and Eden Ridge Blog. Discounts cannot be combined by what is known as ‘’Double-Discounting’’. Instead, when more than one discount applies, we will honor the highest discount, and all others will become void. We are unable to refund or add a coupon or discount to an order if it is not applied at the time of ordering.


Environmental Practices
Here at Eden Ridge, we not only strive to help your life become healthier by the products we offer, but we also take great care to keep our environment at its very best. When our environment we live in is healthy and alive, then so are we. At Eden Ridge, we like to do our part by recycling the items that would end up filling the landfill. Waste such as cardboard, plastic, glass, etc. When items like these are recycled, it helps keep our God given planet that much cleaner and greener!

At Eden Ridge, it is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality, certified organic herbs possible. When organic is not available, we carefully select the best wildcrafted or “grown without chemicals” from sources that have a strong plant sustainability program, and can provide us with their certification. All wildcrafters are required to provide a document of sustainable practice and quality verification.

Our commitment to you is excellence in product quality. We strive to provide our customers with ingredients and materials that are grown organically. All of our tea and herb ingredients are purchased by reputable companies nation wide that source very high quality ingredients from all over the world. Many of which are from farmers who are Fair Trade and who wildharvest. *We always purchase certified organic ingredients whenever they are available. When organic is not available, we carefully select the best wildcrafted or “grown without chemicals” from sources that have a strong plant sustainability program, and can provide us with their certification.  All of our ingredients come from a small handful of choice companies that go through strict regulations and testing. Each company we purchase product from complies with the Global Standard for Food Safety, as well as regulations from the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), along with many other certifications. Our products we purchase have gone through a full allergen program and are under tight controls to prevent cross-contamination. Our small business also follows the GSF safety and FDA packaging guidelines suitable to our business type. We also follow strict regulations that aren’t even yet qualified for our small business. We feel this is important, as we aim for quality and integrity, and continue to seek certified organic status ourselves.
